The PPF power kit is an add-on to reinforce the factory PPF (Power Plant Frame) which is susceptible to bending and flexing. By further strengthening the PPF, movement and vibration is reduced in the drive train, especially in higher HP Miatas. This translates into a more stable platform for delivery of power to the rear wheels. The PPF power kit aids reducing the intensity of the ’65 MPH shimmy’. Fits 90-05 manual transmission only.
