SafeRacer ships ONLY within the US from the warehouse in Miami, FL and orders normally ship within 24 hours. We also work closely with our suppliers and at times will have product shipped directly to you from their warehouse to ensure the shortest lead times possible. For standard shipping delivery times from Florida please consult UPS or FedEx sites map.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. At times, these confirmation emails are routed to your spam folder, so please check your spam folder if you do not receive your email. Please contact us at info@SafeRacer.com if you have any questions on your order.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.
Most orders will be shipped UPS, FedEx.
The shipping rates for ONLY the contiguous 48 states are as follows:
Fast Standard Shipping $7.95 (Orders over $99.00 ship FREE!)
Second Day $39.95 (please make your choice under "shipping" in search)
Next Day $59.95 (please make your choice under "shipping" in search)
Some Oversized anf heavy products such as SEATS are excluded from expedited shipping or there might be an additional charge if necessary. We will notify you as soon as possible with this information.
For orders under $500, it is our standard policy to have packages left at your door and not to require a signature. For orders over $500, we will sometimes require a signature on these shipments.
Deliveries Lost or Damaged Goods
If you do not receive an order or upon receipt it is visibly damaged, immediately notify the carrier and please contact SafeRacer Customer Service at info@SafeRacer.com immediately. All claims will be handled through the shipping carrier, but we will assist you with the claim to the best of our ability.
