Sparco Superleggera Shoes

The Sparco Superleggera is an evolution of the X-Light+ shoe. It was developed with Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen. The Superleggera features a unique fireproof stretch fabric that has been developed to be breathable and durable. Its stretch fabric wraps around the upper foot and ankle like a second skin and prevents dust, soil or other materials from entering the shoe. The remaining upper is breathable cloth material that gives support from the toe box to the heal. These two features combine to produce one of the most comfortable and supportive racing shoe. The Superleggera features a Carbon Fiber sole that is unique because it has been developed to be flexible, it is inlayed into the sole and runs from the toe to the heel. Carbon Fiber is visible through the window of the ultra-thin oil-resistant and anti-static sole which offers greater pedal sensitivity. The sole extends high up the back of the shoe for extra support. FIA 8856-2018 and SFI 3.3/5 homologated.
