How do I return?

Follow instructions and select items to return, exchange or credit
For exchanges, please confirm color and size for replacement
Customer will get a confirmation email once the return is approved

What items are returnable?

Customer can return items within 30 days of receipt of shipment
Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
Items must also be in the original packaging
Gift Cards or promotional items are not returnable

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
There are no charges for returns, but customer pays shipping back
We email a free return label when customer asks for store credit
In case of exchanges, we cover any shipping from us to customer

How soon will I get my refund?

Once return is created, we will confirm approval by email
Refunds, exchanges or store credits are processed on the same day
Refunds will automatically be applied to original method of payment
Exchange tracking numbers will be emailed when shipped back
